I really enjoyed participating in Dianne Ashford’s “Budgeting and Scheduling for the Independent Producer” workshop. Dianne’s energy and vast knowledge created a learning environment that was fun AND informative. It was great to learn from someone who is so experienced and prominent in the film industry. We got step by step instructions on breaking down a script, creating a budget, trouble shooting problems, and so much more! The class really gave me practical tools to use as well as the confidence to take my own projects to the next level. It was also a great networking opportunity…I met a lot of other aspiring filmmakers who I still keep in touch with and hope to collaborate on future projects. Thanks Dianne!!
As a newcomer to this industry, Dianne’s class diminished my fears and ignited my desire to pursue producing for film and tv.
She provided materials from scripts to one liners from productions she worked on, so you are getting the real deal!
Aspiring independent producers will gain a wealth of knowledge plus the CONFIDENCE to develop their own projects.
I highly recommend the film budgeting and scheduling class for anyone that is interested in pursuing a career as a producer, writer or director in film, television, video or stage plays. It is important that you learn and understand the role of a producer and the several tasks that are entailed from overseeing the budget from the beginning of a project to its completion. Dianne Ashford is an excellent, well respected and knowledgeable instructor. She has several years of experience that she willingly shares with her students. The class has helped me as a playwright, director and producer. I was able to share some of the invaluable information with my staff after taking the class. I encourage you to make this great investment in your career by attending this class with this phenomenal instructor.
If you are passionate about learning about the different facets in the business, don’t let this great and worthwhile opportunity pass. I am still excited and the first class wants you to get excited and spread the great news!
